Moving?

If you are staying within our service area you will need to notify BTI of your new service address as soon as possible. We will then schedule an installation of your current or upgraded services to your new location. Installation charges may apply. Please call our office at 715.684.3346 or toll free 877.684.3346 if you have any questions.

If you are moving out of our service area, you will need to provide BTI with any forwarding addresses and return any equipment that you may have, i.e. cable set-top boxes, leased wireless routers or modems, phones, etc. If you do not return BTI equipment you will be charged the applicable cost or fees associated with that equipment as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
