Welcome to BTI BTI was founded in 1900 as a telephone company. Today, we’re St. Croix County's largest local provider of phone, Internet, and cable services. We’re focused on providing our customers with the best technology and advanced features in communications. We deliver digital services, provide faster Internet and clearer phone service, and deliver innovative programming.Baldwin Telecom (BTI), a locally owned and operated company, and has been providing telephone service to the Baldwin and Woodville, Wisconsin communities since 1900. In 1982 the Board of Directors made the decision to provide cable television services in the villages of Baldwin and Woodville. When residents in the surrounding communities heard about the new service, they asked Baldwin Telecom to bring the service to them. Thus, BTI provides high Speed Internet and Cable Television in the villages of Hammond, Knapp, Roberts, Hudson Township. Most recently, we are expanding to the surrounding rural areas.
