We provide several ways for you to pay your BTI bill.

Payment at BTI Office, E-Bill, Postal Mail, Automatic Bill-Pay, Credit Card or Checking Account via Telephone

You may bring your payment to our office, through our website payment portal, pay by mail, automatically deducted out of your checking/savings account or use your credit card or checking account via telephone. You can find our office at 930 Maple Street, Baldwin, WI 54002.

BTI Secure Online Billing

You must first register online to access your bill. You can register here.

After adding an account, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration. You will then be able to access your bill online.

Automatic Payment Service

To sign up for Automatic Payment Service, stop by our office and fill out an Automatic Bill Pay Form, or you may download the pdf file here and mail it in.  If you are not currently enrolled in Automatic Payment service, you will have the option to sign up before you pay your bill.
